Venue Rental Includes:

  • Our experienced coordinators will ensure that all aspects of your event are expertly planned and executed, from vendor management to timeline coordination.

  • Our decor closet is full of lanterns, signs, clear vases, votives, dessert stands, etc.

    Want to go all out with fine china, we can include it in your package?

  • As your day unfolds here at Bandit’s Ridge, you will be able to enjoy it in our beautiful bridal suite. We have plenty of outlets for hair & great lighting that is required for make-up. You can get in as early as 8am for an extra charge of $200/hr.

    Your groom will have another location to get dressed in with his groomsmen.

  • We have multiple options for ceremony spots. Would you prefer overlooking the field, tying the knot beneath the oak tree, or on the patio?

  • While you're busy taking photos, our mobile bar, The Toasty Hitch, will be in full swing serving your guests. Let them enjoy playing giant Jenga and cornhole as they mingle with other guests.

  • Our staff will ensure that your guests are welcomed and directed to the ceremony. Additionally, they will prepare and light the fire pit for your guests' enjoyment.

*Two Day Rental - A Pretty Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Friday

You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee.

Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

This is a great option for many of our couples!
